Wilson Combat Ultimate Action Tune Kit for Beretta 92/96 series handguns. Not compatible with 92S models.

The Wilson Combat Beretta Ultimate Action Tune Kit will enhance the trigger pull of any Beretta 90/92/96 series handguns. Our re-engineered enhanced design trigger bar increases hammer arc at the point of sear let off for increased ignition reliability in double and single action mode and also reduces trigger overtravel. This machined, fully hardened part requires minor fitting.

The reduced power chrome silicon hammer springs and standard power trigger return spring will hold their tension much longer than conventional factory-spec springs and the array of supplied hammer spring weights can be tailored to the ammunition and trigger pull that you prefer.

12#, 13#, 14# Chrome Silicon hammer springs, standard weight chrome silicon trigger return spring and Wilson Combat enhanced trigger bar are included.

Trigger Bar Installation Instructions:

IMPORTANT: Ensure you are working with an unloaded pistol and remove magazine.

Remove slide/barrel assembly, grips, slide stop and factory trigger bar from pistol and instal new trigger bar.
After you ensure you have sufficient overtravel in single action mode you have to start removing material from the hammer arc support fitting area. Remove small amounts of material at a time and test your fit along the way to get the proper balance between overtravel and hammer arc.
If the hammer catches while dry firing in double action mode you need to remove more material from either of the two fitting areas, but usually this means more material needs to be removed off the hammer arc support area. Adding more trigger overtravel will likewise increase hammer arc and will give you enhanced reliability with lighter hammer springs.
You can eliminate the overtravel stop portion of the enhanced trigger bar to maximize hammer arc and increase the energy of your hammer strike in double action mode which will in turn improve reliability with hard primers and/or lightweight hammer springs.

Just installed the action tune kit in my beater Beretta 92FS, using the 13# spring, along with the WC improved hammer. Totally drop in with no fitting required. Action is butter smooth and the annoying initial gritty hitch with the stock parts is totally gone. This is my second time with this combo having pieced together these same parts for my WC Brigadier Tactical to replace some of the standard stock parts it came with. Wilson Combat rules!

	Ultimate Action Tune Kit Applied To A 92D	11/22/2017
Superb kit; the kit was received in July 2017, and the triggerbar on my 92D was a drop-in proposition, with no further fitting or gunsmithing needed. I initially used the 14# mainspring with complete satisfaction, but am currently running the 13#, which is providing the same ignition reliability, and at a pound lighter; whats not to like? The WC trigger return spring provides a bit more trigger return oomph, which I found I needed with the WC triggerbar with my Trausch grips due to slight triggerbar/grip rubbing in the grips triggerbar channel; the WC TRS nicely powers through things it replaced my Wolff reduced power TCU. This is simply a great kit, really further tuning a Beretta 92 for improved and increased performance.

	Perfect fit	5/31/2017
I installed this the same time as the short reach trigger and deluxe hammer, figured if I had to fit the trigger bar I might as well fit it with the new trigger and hammer. Not sure if this is why it didnt require fitting or not, but it all dropped in with no issues at all. I plan to order a couple more pieces to get my 92 compact where I want it.

I have been a fan of Wilson Combat products as long as they have been on the market. I am very familiar with their 1911 kits and enhancement parts. That is the very reason that I installed the Ultimate Action Tune Kit, Beretta 90 Series,in my M9. I followed the instructions to a T and the results are way more than I hoped for. I am presently using the #12 hammer spring and a Wilson short reach trigger. SLICK is the word, for the way it functions and feels. I cant wait to try it at the range. Thanks,for another well thought out product!

Just got done installing it, no range time yet. Quite an amazing difference in my opinion. The hammer gets back in DA nearly as far as it does in SA, and the front sight post doesnt hop up and to the right every time in double action as the hammer falls. So sad itll be a while before I can get it to the range. Right now it has a 14# hammer spring in it, also shipped with a 13 and 12. It will be interesting to see the difference between them all at the range. This should be a Beretta factory installed part in my opinion. ~Mike

I installed this in a Wilson Combat Brigadier Tactical. The Wilson Brigadier itself is phenomenal and the smoothest, tightest, and most well put together Beretta Ive held. That being said; this action tune kit completely transformed the already exceptional gun into something different altogether. Words cant describe the vast improvement achieved with only the trigger bar installed. Add in the new springs and you have the perfect platform to tune your gun to your preferences. The differences in the new trigger bar and the stock one appear to be minor, but they completely transform the feel of the gun. After installing this I wont even consider owning a Beretta 90 series without this kit! Installation is easy and takes about 15 minutes. This kit is just what you need to turn your Beretta up to 11.
