Sending your firearm to Wilson Combat for Custom Work:

*Please Note - labels are only good for the lower 48 states. Not available for HI or AK.

1. Purchase the prepaid shipping label that fits your needs (one firearm per label). Please ensure you are purchasing the proper label. Handguns (UPS Overnight), Slide Only (UPS Ground), or Long Gun (UPS Ground).

Once purchased, you will receive a UPS label via email directly from UPS within 2 business days (weekends/holidays not included).

2. Print and include the proper form filled out completely for the custom work you are requesting:

3. Securely pack up your firearm. Please do not send items not necessary for custom work. Example: gun rugs or cases, bushing wrenches, magazines, etc. Print the return label you received via email, and affix it to the outside of the box. Make sure to use UPS approved packaging or a plain brown box.

Drop off the package at any UPS pickup location convenient for you, or call UPS to schedule a pick-up at your location.

Once your firearm is received and makes it through log in/inspection, we will call you to discuss all of the custom options before any work is completed.
