"L & L Tanto" by David Sharp
What do you get when you impeccably merge two legendary styles of fighting knife? You get the L&L Tanto-a mashup of legendary tactical blade design inspired by the late knifemaking legends R.W. Loveless and Bob Lum.
Knifemaker David Sharp has perfectly blended East meets West with the L&L Tanto. The incredibly polished and deeply hollow ground blade merges the Lum American Tanto with a Loveless Hideout pattern handle. The result is a sleek fighter like you have never seen before!
The highly polished RWL34 steel is Loveless's ideal blade material-it even shares his initials. The “American” Tanto, a Lum signature takes the Loveless hollow grind and adds a convexed tip-ideal for thrusting into an armored surface.
The Loveless style handle wears polished Arizona ironwood scales with a signature Loveless touch-a red fiber liner-that Loveless always felt imparted a special signature to his knives.
From the tapered tang, American Tanto blade and highly polished grinds you will be wowed by this elegant and deadly Custom Alliance. A handmade, hand-sewn leather sheath by the maker comes with the L&L.
