P320 Grip Removal/Replacement:
Unload and clear your pistol.
Remove the slide assembly and set aside.
Remove the takedown lever out of the factory grip from right to left and set aside. You may need to twist/tap the takedown lever out with a non-marring tool as it is retained by a spring in the chassis.
Lift the chassis straight up and forward out of the stock frame.
Install supplied magazine catch, spring, and lock into the WCP320 Grip Module
Reverse the process to install the chassis into the grip frame and re-install the takedown lever.
You may need to tap the takedown lever in place with a non-marring tool.
Reinstall the slide assembly and move the takedown lever into the locked position.
Ensure that your pistol functions properly and your magazine drops cleanly after installation of the new grip frame.
I contacted Wilson Combats customer service first to make sure I was getting the correct grip module. This grip module fits the p320 compact RXP. First impression was a substantial improvement in grip. Extremely comfortable in the hand and exceptional ergonomics. Can't wait to take it out and put rounds downrange. This Fit my generic OWB concealment holster. Funny enough it fit and drew better than Sig Sauers grip module. It also fit perfectly in my T Rex arms side car holster. I also switched over my streamlight TLR 7a. Just need to switch out the Pic rail plate on the light to a different one and it fit perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the new grip module. All the reviews that just tell you to get one.... well here's another one. Just get one!

This changed the entire feel of the pistol. I was happy with the stock X-Compact Grip but it did feel slightly boxy. This now fits my hand better than any pistol I own. I already loved the sights, my trip to the range did not disappoint! Just feels right! Follow up shots exceeded expectations. Just buy it now!!!

A must up grade for your P320 Compact!

As a 44 1/2 year LE professional I have never seen one part make as much a change in a weapon! Moving the beaver tail up and the texture of the grip change the performance of a weapon this much! I have always leaned towards the Colt 1911 and I own numerous examples of this weapon! Now I find myself owning several sigs. A 938, a P320 X5 and a P320 compact. I just got back from the range shooting the Wilson grip module and as soon as I finish this review I will order another one for my P320 X5! Great product,

This is the grip module the P320 X-Compact deserved from the start. As others have pointed out, it truly transforms the the feel of the pistol. It feels much better in the hand due to the contours built into the grip versus the squarish feel of the original grip module. Of course, some of the best news is the price. I can't imagine a more cost effective upgrade!

Amazing!

This module really does make my beloved 320 feel like a different gun; in the best possible way. This module is slimmer, less boxy, more comfortable, more concealable, and easier to use (I can, actually, reach the magazine release without shifting my grip!). I loved my 320 before. I love it even more, now. I keep unloading the weapon so that I can just hold it and enjoy how it feels (Which is ridiculous!).
The grip uses every bit of available length--the backstrap running down to meet the magazine floorplate. It has pretty much the same usable length as the SIG X-Carry module, while keeping the compact dimensions. It fits my hand PERFECTLY (your hands may vary, of course).
I'm not a big fan of the aggressive "skateboard tape" texturing on the front and back. It feels good in the hand, but it catches on my clothing. I may try gently buffing it down a bit. ...which is a big advantage of the P320: I can switch out the grip for sixty bucks, and I dare to play around with the module without worrying about ruining the gun. I suspect, though, that you will love it just the way it is.
By the way, if you are debating between this module and the Compact, Go with this one. The X-Carry runs just fine (and looks great) with a Compact (3.9") slide, but gives you the option of using the 3.6" subcompact slides.

Worth It

Right off this was a well worth it upgrade from the OEM regular compact grip size small that I put on the gun when I first built it. I was a bit worried that it would be too big for my hands after I had originally went with a size small. But with the indentions WC puts for your thumb and trigger finger to set in makes it feel great for me. I wear a size medium in a glove as bit of a comparison. It has really good traction on the front and back straps similar to skate board grip tap and the sides are not real what I would call slick but they are not as aggressive either . The nice part about the sides are they do not rub on my skin like the OEM one did. So over all after I got to shot the gun with this grip I do have to say it is an awesome upgrade to the p320 and I would recommend any one with a p320 to give it a try.

Best upgrade ever!

This is without a doubt the best upgrade I have ever made to a gun. Every single time I carry this gun I fall more and more in love with it. The Wilson Combat grip completely changed the feel and increased my confidence while shooting the gun at the range. Even the range master came over and looked at my gun noticing the grip module. All I can say is buy one! You will not be disappointed.

Completely different gun

I carry/handle my P320 everyday. Both for work and concealed carry. I had the stock X-compact grip with the talon rubber grip. The day the wilson combat grip module arrived, I hadn't touched my P320, I was carrying a different firearm for work. Immediately after opening the package I could notice the difference. After swapping over the FCU and slide, my P320 felt like a completely different gun.
The tolerance on the FCU is a little tighter in the wilson combat module. The shape and size of the grip is perfect. Especially around the beaver tail and the undercut. I can actually get my hand up, around, and higher on the gun for better recoil mitigation. The flush fit with the magazine while keeping the internal mag-well is a subtle improvement. The grip texture is also a lot better, even when compared to the talon grip. It isn't too abrasive, but I can definitely feel my hand sticking to it in places it should. The index points above the mag release on the grip are a huge deal as well. Normally my thumb rides against the slide stop, but now I can smoothly put my hand on the grip and run the gun comfortable. Combined with the over-sized slide stop, this is more prominent.
From both concealed and open carry, the draw and acquisition of target feels more natural as well and I find myself being on target quicker.
I firmly believe this is how the P320 is supposed to feel and shoot. If you're reading this review, stop and just go ahead and buy the grip. I am going to be recommending it to anyone I know with a P320.

Absolutely Perfect

I am not kidding when I say, this is the best upgrade decision I've ever made on any firearm I own - period.
The stock grip from sig never felt quite right to me. It's a little boxy and always felt a bit "slippery." This WC grip solved my distain for the sig stock grip from literally every angle.
It's VERY reminiscent of a 1911 grip. The rounded and tapered edges fit perfectly in your hand, while your pinky is pampered on the flared magwell. Now you can finally do away with that "half on - half off" pinky situation on the stock sig grip. The grit on the back and front of the grip is extremely aggressive. It bites a bit, but it hurts so good. I personally want that kind of tac on a carry gun.
If you're on the fence, buy it. You and your x-compact will thank you.
