The Wilson Combat/Beretta Centurion Tactical is now available with a Vertec®-grip frame conversion. This conversion, performed by Wilson Combat gunsmiths reduces the size of the frame to the significantly smaller Beretta Vertec® size which is ideal for shooters with smaller hands or who prefer the straighter, more 1911-style grip.

Our skilled gunsmiths reduce the grip frame to Vertec® size, checker the backstrap to match the front and complete the process with refinish in matte Black Armor-Tuff ®. This pistol comes standard with indestructible Black Wilson Combat G-10 grips.

The 92G Centurion Tactical features all-steel Beretta and Wilson Combat custom parts. Some features of the limited-production 92G Centurion Tactical include steel ambidextrous decocker-only levers (G model), Centurion length slide, a modified M9A1-style checkered frame with accessory rail, and rounded trigger guard.

The 92G Centurion Tactical ships with two 17 and one 20-round capacity magazines. This new model also features an Elite-style, match-grade stainless barrel with a recessed target crown for enhanced accuracy and an Ameriglo “Hackathorn” high visibility dovetailed tritium front sight paired with a Wilson Combat black battlesight rear.

The 92G Centurion Tactical also features black Wilson Combat G-10 grips, Wilson Combat Mag Guide and oversize mag release and other custom features to enhance overall shooting and tactical performance. Like all Wilson Combat-Beretta collaborations, this model has factory optimized action parts and improved slide to frame tolerances. Additional custom services are available for the 92G Centurion Tactical

Although the 92G Vertec®/Centurion Tactical has been optimized by Beretta to meet the needs of high round count tactical and competitive shooters, further customization and finish work is available through Wilson Combat. Possession of the pistol must be taken first, no further customizations can be done prior to shipment.

This model is exclusive to Wilson Combat and available direct from Wilson Combat or from Wilson Combat Premier dealers only. Not available for purchase to MA residents.

Superb in every way.
I recently acquired my 92G Centurion Vertec after more than a year of waiting. This pistol exceeded my expectations and I am now a Wilson Combat supporter for life. The fit and finish is second to none, the slide to frame is buttery smoothe and the trigger leaves nothing to be desired. If you have been on the fence, stop waiting and get one while you still can. The Vertec model is perfect for individuals with medium to smaller sized hands or those that prefer a 1911 style grip to the typical Beretta hump style grips.

First Time Gun Owner
I've owned this gun for several months now and I'm very satisfied with it. Since my purchase, I've obtained my CCW, my enhanced CCW and joined an organization that offers classes and education on firearms. I've never owned or used a pistol prior to this gun, so I don't have a frame of reference to compare it to other firearms, but I really love shooting it and learning to shoot with it.

Great fun, but sight won’t stay on
When it’s working this is an amazing gun, but there are a lot of issues with the front sight. After receiving it in February I went straight to the range and the sight flew off on the second magazine. I sent the gun back to be repaired, 6 weeks later got it back, and went right to the range and it happened again. The next time I sent it in the sight was staked, but was crooked, so they had to replace the whole top half of the gun and It worked great for about a month, but today the sight flew off again. I’m going on my 6th repair in 6 months and am praying we can finally get this gun working for good

The way the 92 should have always been
As a long time carrier and shooter of the 92 platform, I have always struggled with the girth around the old girls midsection and the safety/decocker. Wilson fixed both these issues and then some! Absolutely perfect pistol. Fit and finish is what you expect from Wilson Combat. Action is like butter, and the trigger is a gift! Thank you WC for giving the old girl new life! I thought my Wilson CQB was as good as it got, then I took ownership of this fine piece of work.

Wilson Fixed the Beretta M9 !
I agree completely with the previous review. The trouble with the Beretta M9 or 92F is that it is too big and heavy. This conversion fixes that and the result is a gorgeous 9mm that shoots as good as it looks. I like it more than my H&K USP9 Expert.

BEST HANDGUN I'VE EVER OWNED
I had intentions of getting a Sig Legion 229. Every intention. I spent 11 yrs in the Marines and had some real experience with the M9. I have smaller hands so naturally I drifted towards the 229 platform. But after many days of dubious searching and comparisons I ended up looking at this beauty. I "pulled the trigger" and jumped on board the Centurion Vertec. Needless to say it has been an absolute dream gun to own and operate. Buttery smooth slide action, trigger is so flawless. The hackathorn sight is very easy to pick up. And the checkering coupled with the sweet G10 GRIPS make this the best handgun I have ever owned and I've had alot. Don't even debate or reconsider. If you want top notch quality in a perfect package look no further. SEMPER CENTURION!

Pinnacle of the 92 series
So glad to see Wilson offer a Vertec frame option, and the conversion is absolutely flawless. The CenTac has the shorter compact slide which makes it balance really well in the hand. Combine the action tune with the plethora of other features on this pistol makes it a real winner. Worth every penny.

Quality & Beauty
IMHO, pistols dont get much better looking than this. The vertec grip gives it a 1911 look and feel and is a perfect combination with the shortened centurion slide. The checkering is superb, the action is butter and the muted matte finish is beautiful. My third WC Beretta and my favorite by far.

Great Custom Handgun
I have had the Beretta 92 since the Army adopted them in the 80s. I never did care much for it and it has been in my safe all these years. I decided I would sell it and by the Vertec Centurion. I took them both to the range the other day and Wow what a difference in the Vertec. I got compliments from every one at the range and several shot and liked it as well. Smooth Trigger and action. Great Accuracy. I will still sell the other Beretta 92,
