Nearly two decades of building the finest custom tactical AR rifles have given us the insight to develop a comprehensive line of stainless steel, match grade barrels that offer superior accuracy, reliability, and longevity for your next custom AR rifle project.
All Wilson Combat Match Grade AR barrels are precisely crafted of the finest American-made 416R rifle rated steel on computer controlled equipment to our exacting list of technical specifications. These proven barrels feature a hand-polished bore and feedramps and then complete a rigorous final inspection process that ensures your new barrel will meet your most demanding expectations. All barrels feature crisp CNC markings, precision muzzle crown and a chamber and gas port optimized for reliability.
The 6.5 Creedmoor is a top choice of precision rifle competitors and hunters looking for the optimum AR-based extended range rifle cartridge. It makes ultra long range shooting an easy proposition and offers similar long range trajectories to a .300 Winchester Magnum with less felt recoil than a comparable .308 rifle. The high ballistic coefficient bullets loaded in the 6.5 caliber make this downrange performance possible because they have less wind drift and more retained energy than a comparable .30 caliber bullet at 1000 yards. When seeking the best extended-range shooting or hunting performance in an AR platform rifle the 6.5 Creedmoor is the logical choice. With a wide variety of quality factory ammunition available and .308 AR magazine and receiver compatibility, the 6.5 Creedmoor is in a performance class by itself.
Wilson Combat Super Sniper Profile Barrels
There are times when extreme accuracy and rapid follow-up shots are the most important criteria when selecting a rifle. Those were the primary objectives of the engineers at Wilson Combat® when they designed the Super Sniper-- and the result far exceeded our expectations. It has a long, heavy-weight, stainless steel premium match-grade barrel-- optimized for accuracy with the longer, heavier bullets frequently used for longer range shooting. The Super Sniper is engineered, designed, and built to deliver unmatched accuracy and it does in an almost unbelievable fashion.

Wilson Combat AR Barrel Service Policy
Because of the nature of the AR parts business and varying pressures of commerically avaiable ammunition, Wilson Combat cannot guarantee function in customer built AR rifles. We recommend all components be installed by a competent rifle-smith.
If you assemble a firearm with Wilson Combat components and it fails to function, you first need to check the fit of the barrel to the gas block and the overall condition of your rifle's gas system/bolt carrier group to ensure your system isn't leaking gas. As buffers and springs play a role in overall reliability, the use of an aftermarket style buffer system is not recommended. When using an adjustable gas block, reliability is best achieved at the fully open setting without any gas port restriction.
Wilson Combat will not troubleshoot customer built firearms/uppers.
If you feel a Wilson Combat component is defective, please return the component only to us using our Return Form. Shipping to Wilson Combat is the responsibility of the consumer.

|Sub-Half MOA Barrel =)||8/23/2020|
|Bought this barrel for a PRS purposed gas gun and it has been absolutely fantastic. Put a lot of different factory ammo through this bad boy which yielded me consistent 2/3 MOA groups ... off of a bipod, only. I've since gotten into reloading and I'm shooting 1/3 MOA to 0.44 MOA groups off of the bipods and a rear bag, consistently. (140gr Hornardy ELDs, H4350 @ 41.3gr seated at 2.805" on Hornady Brass with Fed #210M Primers). Its a phenomenal barrel with hits currently out to 1,050 yards with no problems. Looking to push the envelope soon at 1,200-1300 yards. Next time will plan to go ahead and get the 24" model for the extra muzzle velocity. Currently pushing about 2,650 to 2,700 fps. Which is supersonic until about 1,300 yards before it starts to go transonic. Couldn't be happier with the barrel in my custom gas gun set up.|
