|Ruger SR1911 ambi install||12/21/2018|
|Install in my SR1911 was a breeze. Smooth positive feeling engagement/disengagement. There was minimal file work to fit the left side, and the hammer pin replacement setup was super simple to fit the right side. Pin replacement is a unique and novel idea similar to the ambi safety hammer pin used on the Sig 238/938. Want a quality ambi safety for your 1911, look no further.|

|This Ambi safety was super easy to install in my Kimber Compact CDP II. No filing required it was a drop in fit. I replaced the original because the right side lever broke while shooting at the range. Down side of bulletproof parts are the price.... but it has a LIFETIME WARRANTY!!! I also had the option to replace the part with a cheaper one but I do not want this part to fail in a real life event. For lefty guys like me is really hard when we need to buy the completed set since right side only is not available. Right handed guys are lucky. LOL|

|I forgot to mention. Im not a gunsmith. I just checked some videos on YouTube. I did the instalation of this thumb safety without prior experience.|
|Perfect fit for a S.A. TRP Tactical||10/4/2013|
|This Ambi safety was a sinch to install in my Springfield Armory TRP Tactical. No filing required it was a drop in fit. I like this better than the factory safety because its lean and mean !|

|The safety dropped right in, no fitting. The hammer pin was easier than I thought. I didnt have to do any filing. I just put the pin in, without the hammer, and then backed out the screw until the left hand safety, without the right hand safety, worked freely. I then took the pin back out, loosened it a little, and applied lock tight. I then put it back to where it was, wiped it off, and rechecked the fit. When I saw it was ok, I took off the safety and let it set overnight. The safety somehow causes your hand to get a high and tight, not the hair cut, hold of the gun. I will never use another thumb safety again.|

|I broke 2 Kimber ambi safeties before breaking down and spending the cash on this. I wish I would have bought this safety first. This part almost dropped in, I had to do some light filing to clear the sear. Bonus, the kimber hammer pin for the ambi safety fit this part perfectly so I didnt need to fuss with loctite, I have a single solid hammer pin. If you are on the fence about this part take the plunge. I would have saved myself some cash if I would have gotten this part first.|

|Overall this is a well made and finished part dropped in only very minor fitting 5 light file strokes to my Kimber. The only issue is that little screw for the hammer cross pin that retains the right side safety sucks had to be hand filed a lot took me a half hour to fit it in the safety correctly. I spoke with customer service thats what they told me would have to be done then tighten or lossen to fit. If your not sure what your doing dont work on it yourself.|
